Hard working Committee has had a number of meetings and planning is progressing well. Special thanks to Eean Thorne, Janet Elliott, Jim Wright and Ted Bryant.

Finance: Jim Wright has set up MYOB to control finances, Payables, Receivables, Accounts, Cash Flow.
Eean and his team has sold many raffle tickets, more to go, but helping our cash flow.

Brochure: Copies available on request.

Registration: 51 registrations but many promises. Do not forget to get your registration for early bird prizes.

Volunteers: Planning well advanced – will requires approx 35 at different times - thanks Janet.

Transport: Letter of request with Minister G.McCarthy – Dot is providing assistance.

Information: Also will be Banner/Flag Keeper – thank Ted and your assistant Rita.

Master of Ceremonies: Thanks to Bill Hills planning is well in hand.

Invitations: Both Official Party and invited list has progressed.
